Despite being very close to Kathmandu, the Langtang Region still remains uninfluenced by modernization. It is as wild as any Tibetan highlands with the rural landscape. Langtang Valley Trek explores the beautiful Langtang Region.

Langtang region is one of the most popular trekking regions for those who are looking for a short trek to the Himalayas influenced by Tibetan lifestyle. The people living in the Langtang region are Nepalese who are descendants of the Tibetan origin. They have a unique tradition, culture, and lifestyle.  In addition, the route has several varieties of rhododendron, bamboo forests, majestic waterfalls and snow-capped Himalayas to offer. The region is a natural  habitat of some for some rare birds and animals such as Himalayan black bear, Himalayan Thar, Lungur monkeys, wild boar, Red pandas etc. Along the way, we also come across several beautiful waterfalls which make the trek even more pleasant.  All these aspects make the Langtang trek the most diverse treks closest to the capital city of  Kathmandu.

The ten Days Langtang Valley Trek starts with a day’s bus ride from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi. We will begin the trek from Syabrubesi towards to Lama Hotel and Langtang village until we arrive at the famous Kanyanjing Gompa. After exploring the region, we will trek along the same route to Syabrubesi from where we will drive back to Kathmandu. The trekking trail passes through some of the most beautiful landscape and offers some magnificent panorama of the mountains. Along the way, we get to explore the rich culture of the Tamang People, who are very influenced by the Tibetan culture. The houses and the architecture of the region are very unique.
