1. Mandatory Insurance Requirements
We request to all the clients to have the appropriate travel insurance to cover travel arrangements. The insurance protection must include medical expenses, personal injury, repatriation expenses, helicopter evacuation, and loss damage.
We recommend that your travel insurance also must cover the trips cancellations, loss of luggage and damages of personal belongings.
2. Cancellations Policies
If you cancel your trip for any reason then some booking cancellation fees will apply. In case of cancellations of the trip, then all deposit will refund after deducting US $ 150 cancellation fee.
But if the flight between Kathmandu and Lukla have been booked then all deposits are non-refundable.
If you want to change your travel dates, we can reschedule your trip at no extra charges. But you’ve to inform at least 7 days in advance. Finally, a cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation through the mail with authentic reasons.
3.Change of Itinerary
While we endeavor to operate all trips as described we reserve the right to change the trip itinerary. Our trekking guide reserve the right to change an itinerary due to the bad weather conditions or any other local circumstances or events outside of our control. In such emergency circumstances, the additional cost of any necessary itinerary alterations will be covered by the individual. Please note we’re not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of a change of itineraries such as visas or non-refundable flights.
4. Flight Delay in Lukla/Kathmandu
Please kindly note that there is a possibility of flight delay due to mountain weather conditions and technical problems. So. it’s better to separate one or two days for spare in case of flight gets canceled and you’re in short of scheduled time. However, on your request, we’ll also do alternate arrangement by getting you on a chartered helicopter. This extra cost might range from $ 150 to $500 or more depending on the number of people on the flight. 5. Deposit Requirement
You’ll be required to pay a deposit when booking. Our consultant will advise you on how much that will be. All deposits are non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations made by you.
6. Payments Terms
Payments may be made by Visa Cards, Mastercard, Paypal or Bank Transfer. Payments may be made with a maximum of two transactions, either by credit card or direct deposits. If paying the initial deposits by bank transfer, the bank transfer must be completed within 24 hours to prevent the booking being canceled. Please kindly note that there will be 3% surcharged if you made online credit card payments. Failure to comply with these payment terms may result in your booking being canceled by our company with no refund of any deposit paid.
All the trip costs are shown in USD. If you’re paying online then your credit card will determine the actual exchange rate. If you’re paying the remaining balance in local currency, then we’ll calculate the amount on the basis of the current exchange rate.

The nature of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility and you should appreciate and allow for alternatives. The routes, schedule, itineraries, amenities, and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.
